The Huntington girls tennis team won the sectional Friday with a 4-1 win over South Adams

Softball Doubles Up On Columbia City

The Huntington softball team defeated Columbia City 12-6 Thursday.

The Lady Vikes will travel to the Homestead Sectional on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, to face the winner of the Jay County / FW South Side game.  (7 pm start)

Viking Golf Cruises Past North

The Huntington golf team played in Ft. Wayne against North Side and won 151-170 Thursday.

The Vikings were lead by Zac tackett’s even par 32, Micheal May shot 38, Jacob Vinson shot 40, Nolan Betterly shot 41, and Bramely Shultz shot 42. They didn’t have a JV team.
Huntington heads to the Players Club in Yorktown Saturday, to play in the Muncie Invite.

Viking Freshman Ten Run Wabash

The Viking Freshman defeated the Wabash Apaches 14-4 last night a Kriegbaum Field.  Logan Moreland picked up the win for the Vikes.  Mason Landrum and Sam Poling also contributed on the mound.

Keaton Smeltzer had two doubles and 5 RBI off the bench.

The Vikes wrap-up their season Saturday with a home double header against Pendleton Heights on the Varsity Field.

Several Viking Tracksters Advance To Regional

The Huntington boys track team participated in the sectional at Wayne High School Thursday

Viking Freshman Top Carroll

The Viking Freshman defeated the Carroll Chargers 8-5 Wednesday night a Kriegbaum Field.  Gage Sandlin picked up the win for the Vikes.  Matt Hahn and Collin Landrum also contributed on the mound.

Konner Morris and Ethan Shafer scored twice.

The Vikes next host Wabash Thursday.
